Veteran and skyshard guide

Well you should see skyshards in there as well if you're seeing the change for veteran levels. When you look in your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/ZygorGuidesViewer/Guides folder do you see a Skyshards.lua file in there?

If you look in the update client settings (gear icon bottom right) what do you see in the Game Installation section for the ESO folder settings?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher\Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe

C:\Users\Mike\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu

That last one should be C:\Users\Mike\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\Addons so you'll want to make sure that is set properly then reinstall the guides.
