Veteran and skyshard guide

How do I access these new guides. I have all 3 factions but there is nowhere to click to switch guides. I would have thought it would be similar to the wow guides where you can choose exactly what you want.

When you have completed your faction storyline quests and can start working on the veteran levels the guide viewer will detect that and then display the next faction guide that you need to use. While you are working on the veteran levels there will always be one of two quests in your log that are linked to which faction you are working on for veteran levels and the guide viewer will see this to know which faction quests to show you.

Why can't you do it like the wow guides where you can choose faction or loremaster , skyshards etc it would be much easier for the user , i.e. ME

How is the guide viewer automatically knowing which faction you are working and having those guides available not easy?

I have purchased EP content for my guide but it doesn't seem to be working for me. It just loads 4 guides: Wailing Prison, Bleakrock, Coldharbour, Skyshards. Am I doing something wrong here?

Ok, reinstalled the guide and it works now.

I don't see anything new , I have reinstalled the guides and I still have the same content as before , the only way I can change factions is by using the tool which someone wrote a while ago for changing veteran content , but even when I do that the guides are just same as normal with mage questline still in and fighters guild quests how do I get the skyshard guide

When you are in game and you click on the drop down arrow on the guide viewer what do you see?

I JUst see the Leveling guide for AD , I manually changed it using the Veteran switcher as in the 1st post . My character is Vet4 and DC.

So at the moment playing Malabel Tor but its not Vet content because its still got main quest mage quest and fighters guild questlines.

There is no VET content no skyshards content and I do have all 3 guides

Try using the wrench icon on the updater client to reinstall the guides.

How do I get this to work mine keeps running me to non veteran content from main quest, mages and fighters quest. How do I get it to change to veteran content? It says I am using veteran leveling.

I have unistalled using the wrench icon and uninstalled manually and still nothing.

It would help if you could include a screenshot to let me see what I am missing

Ok, if it's showing you the correct faction guide then it's working. All it is doing is allowing you to use the other faction leveling guide with a different main faction character. You will see main, mage, and fighter quest stuff right now because those are in the leveling guides for each faction. If it's something you can't do just skip those steps and keep going. For the skyshard guide click the down arrow on the guide viewer and you should see it in the list.

I have just levelled a new character and finished the story line and its transported me to Khenarthis roost and after reclogging the guide did change , so I'm happy about that but still no skyshard guide it has all rest for AD even though I,m DC. got all guides right upto lvl 42-48 Coldharbour
