Only Pandaren levels 1-12

No other guides are there. I am level 31 alliance. Repaired and updated through the client. Also uninstalled and still the same. Any ideas?

Try going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. That will reset the guides.

Sorry but that has not fixed it, I have the same problem. Quite frustrating Is there possibility that the guide isnt compatitble with addons or something ?

The guides have very few addon conflicts in WoW. Normally when there is a conflict it's due to the other addon being outdated.

Spokey, what is the race and level of your toon?

Try exiting the game and then run the Zygor client and use the refresh button at the top right next to your username.

Hmmmm, nope didnt change it, I also reinstalled the guide after the problem. Is this with only specific users, or is it with the latest purchases?

For the info, the guide does say, 76 guides loaded. However when you try to chose one, you have the only choice of Pandaren island

I have one other person with a similar problem that I'm helping via emails but with only 3 people reporting a problem so far I'm not sure if it's something I could say is linked to the latest purchases since we've had many purchases in the last few days.

Could you post a screen shot of your guide selection window?

Ok, just as I suspected. You have WoW updates turned off. Please make sure those two boxes (beside World of Warcraft on the left and beside Alliance - Leveling & Loremaster in the middle) are solid white. When the boxes are hollow like that then the client will not try to update them and by having the one beside the WoW section turned off on the left it will make the client not update anything for the WoW guides.

I'm also having the same problem. I started a dranei pally on borean tundra and only option i get is wandering isles. If I log into horde, I have all my guides
