WoD guide pricing and release?

I know the WoD guides don't need to be released prior to the expansion going live, but when will we get a look at pricing and have access to purchase the guilds?
Expansion goes live in less than 3 months and 6.0 will be live prior to that with new pre-expansion content. Will the 6.0 pre-expansion content be released in the Mists guides?

If you have already purchased a guide, e.g. I have the Horde levelling guide, doesn't it automatically upgrade to the WoD guide?

When I purchased the guide; "all future updates" are included?

Updates include anything that is required to make sure the guides that you already own continue to work but it does not include adding new guides for game expansions. For the game expansions there is an optional upgrade to add the new expansion content to what you already own.

An easy way to think about it is if Blizzard gives it to you for free in the game then that is included in the free updates. If you have to purchase something from Blizzard (like an expansion) to obtain the content then most likely you'll have to purchase an upgrade to have it added to your guides. A perfect example of this was back with the Cataclysm expansion. Blizzard decided to completely re-vamp the 1-60 zones as part of the expansion storyline, but purchasing the expansion wasn't required for the new 1-60 zones. Since people already owned guides that covered the 1-60 zones we did not charge anyone for those 60 levels of brand new guides, they were included in the free updates. That expansion also added 5 more levels and zones which is what was in the upgrade purchase for the guides.
