Good morning.
It seems pirate farming is no longer sufficient to get your rep up to exalted with the Steamwheedle Cartel. Farming the pirates will get you to exalted - 1 before it stops giving you rep rewards. A quest, any quest that gives rep, is required to push you over that edge.
