new char after using guide on a higher char

Ok so I was using the guild to lvl a DK on ebon faction. Then decided to make a sorcerer a day ago to try it. Ive spent a few good hours trying to get the guide to work on my sorcerer but best i can get is the wailing prison and a lvl 42-48 guide. No other ones will load to start leveling from my new char. If I load up my dk again itll work fine. So im quite confused

the boat after isle. bleak i think ive always made sure its ebon faction since thats the only guide i have bought

worked it out. i was choosing a race which auto moved me to a different alliance. so instead of going elf i had to be a dark elf
