I have been lvling my templar for the past several days since getting this guide - however I wnat to lvl my sorc now, but when I log in the guide just sits there - it doesnt cycle through to find my current spot in the guide.
I have deleted the files out of my addons folder as well as reinstalled a new version from the Zygor client. Still nothing. I have no way to find out which step I am on in the guide.
Please help me out as I dont want to play this game without Zygors - its too awesome. Please reply right away to this.
I have even submitted a ticket to support but its already been 1 hour and no one has responded yet.
ALSO;
I have already tried the advice of Zygor Support which I found on the forums stating -
Try going to your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor file in there. This will do a full reset on the guides (make you have to scroll to your step again) but will hopefully get it to start saving your position again.
I did it and nothing. I log in and all it did was started me at part 1 of the Stonefalls area of the guide - which is like lvl 6 - but I am lvl 13. It is impossible for me to figure out where in the guide I am supposed to be as its not green. Please help me out.
