What to focus on

Hi i found in Warcraft my two favorite classes are Warrior and Hunter. I seem to have a slight favor for the alliance

The problem is my horde hunter has alot I mean alot of achievements so starting over i'm not sure if that be the best thing or not.. i admit most of the achievements or reps are easy to farm now if their still in the game...

Should i roll fresh or stick to my old horde?

Most achievements these days are account wide which means they'd be there on a new toon. You would still be able to do them again with the new toon if you want but it's not needed. Like if you have the Explorer achievement completed on the Horde then your new Alliance toon would have the title earned, but he'd still be able to run around all the zones to complete the achievement again.

What about say... achievement like rep to exhalted or tabards owned?

No, the reps aren't account wide so you'd have to work them up again. But if you pick up the rep commendations (think MoP reps only) I believe they are account wide and they will reduce the rep needed to get up to exalted again.
