Zygor not loading in WildStar

I've recently purchased the Exiles guide, downloaded it and can confirm that it's in the right place but when I log in to the game there is no Zygor guide. Have looked in the Addons within the game and it's not there either.

Don't know what else to try. Have tried the Zygor client as well as a manual install to:

C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar\ Addons

Obviously with my user name and not YOURUSER

Did you make sure you were exited out of the game before trying to install? Did you double check to make sure you were putting it into the user that you are logged into the computer on? Can you post some screen shots of your client settings and also your Addons folder?

Yes, I had exited out of the game before I tried to install and I've definitely put it into the user I'm logged in as.

Ok, that does all appear to be correct. When you are in game, press Escape to open the main menu, click Addons top left, then click the Name tab 2x. The first thing in the list is not Zygor?

I have a similar problem. I've been using the guide since launch, but for whatever reason, today it did not come up in game. I checked my client and the entries for the installation and executable directories were invalid for my install. I have the game installed on a different drive, so not the default location. Not sure if this has been the case all along, since I usually launch from the game icon on my desktop. I browsed to the correct locations and the game now launches from the client, but I still can't get the viewer to load in game. The mini-map icon is visible, but non-functional. I can select config from the addons menu, but no viewer.

Did you try typing /reloadui in chat? The guides are loading and working so they should be there. Might be something with the game not loading it properly and a UI reload should fix it.
