Crimson Isles Bug

So I get to Crimson Isle with my Chua, and land at Mondo's Beachhead. I manually complete the Guide and it goes to Crimson Isle. It starts on step 21, and I cannot click the back arrow to go back. It is telling me to talk to Chancellor Juro, and the HUD arrow is spinning.
So did I miss a step somewhere, or is the behavior due to the character I chose or what?

Go back to step 21.. what does that say?

Look at my other post here, I think this issue is related to this bug, and caused this one to start at the incorrect step.

No, a Chua will not start the Crimson Isle guide at step 1. Since there are 4 races there are 4 possible guide starting steps depending on your race. So I'm thinking this here probably wasn't a bug but just a misunderstanding of what to expect the guide to show when you started it.

Now the other thread I'd have to look into as that might just be a bug at step 26. I did take notice of the bug in the starting ship so we'll get that fixed soon.

I think the guide put the steps on Crimson Isle that still should have been on the starting zone. Looks like all it did to me.

That is intentional so that when we have the other zone (Levian Bay) done and available the zone you want will direct you out of the starting area and onto the proper ship. This way you'll be able to have a choice when it's done to go with either zone and the guide will finish with taking you to where you depart your starting zone.

Seems kind of odd to me since the steps are still in the starting zone, i.e. the ones that were not showing up until I got to the Crimson Isle. I did those steps in the starting zone, and then went to the point after that which allowed me to choose which zone I wanted to go to next. Talking to the hologram and then the console are the steps that showed up in Crimson Isle, but I had already did them in the Starting zone.
So are you sure that is where those steps belong?

Yeah, you probably didn't notice it right away and just went to where you had to go automatically (if you've been thru here before from other toons you don't think about it you just go). The starting guide stops after you take the teleport to the departures area and you talk to what's her name right there. At that point the Crimson Isle guide would take over and lead the 4 different races to where they need to finish up (not all races go talk to the same hologram) and from there take them to the right ship to get down to the zone. It's not really much different (2 steps) than having the starting guide take you to the hologram and then switch over to the Crimson Isle guide at that point to direct you to the right ship.
