I purchased the leveling guide for ebonhart pact and only the guides for the wailing prison 1-3, kecnarthi's roost 3-7, and coldharbour 42-48 are showing up. What m I doing wrong?

Try using the wrench icon on the Updater client to reinstall the guides. It sounds like it's still using the free trial guides.

I think I figured it out m a different alliance then the guide I got. the game switched me when I chose a race.
