I have not been on for a while and forgot my password so I made a new one I can login to the web page fine, But the Zygor client will not accept it.

Did you use special characters in the password? That might be the problem. Or you're not typing something the same. Please send an email to support@zygorguides.com so I can make sure you are using the same password in the client as we show for the account.

Yep I used special characters just reset it in my profile and now I can sign in.

hello, i am currently having the same problem, İ can log into the website but cant log into the client, it says invalid username or password, what are the special characters??

No I live in Australia but I am at turkey at the moment and I tried the special character resolve but it did not work for me

We've had some issues with people in Turkey not being able to have the client connect to our site. While you are there you might have to do a manual install of the guide files until we're able to figure out what the problem is and get it resolved.

I just emailed support about this same issue. Is using special characters in my PW a no-no? That would explain the problem I'm having logging into Zygor on my Mac since changing my PW... Should PWs only be alpha/numeric?

Also, my PW is 20 characters. Any max-length strictures?

There are definitely problems with special characters in the username so it's possible this applies to the password too.
About the length I have no idea, only the Zygor devs can answer this.
