If you are considering purchasing this addon, you should know that some of the more popular zones, such as Celestion on Exile, are not included. Zygor picked the <arguably> most efficient zones, but not the most popular in many cases. They DO NOT advertise this, though in another thread they claim that the other zones will be added "in a future update"...

In reality, you only cover 8, plus the starter zones. That is about as shady as it gets...

Between the 2 guides, both Exiles and Dominion combined, we cover 13 zones. I can see how that might be confusing though. As Zygor said, we will be adding in the other zones soon as a free update. We went this route to get the guides out to people sooner rather than making them wait for us to add in several technically optional zones.

To be fair, Zygor is a levelling guide addon.

It gives a very concise and efficient process to level through the content.

In that scope, it does a fantastic job!
