Some missing zones

I cannot see Ellevar zone. Not a choice in my dropdown, and the automatic quest thing doesn't go to while I am in the zone doing quests.
I also don't see Levian Bay in the dropdown of zones to choose from.
Those are zones for Dominion.

For exiles, I don't see zone Celestion in the dropdown of zones.

I don't see the major cities either.

Something I need to do to make these visible?

To get the guides out faster we only included one 1-50 path for each faction. We're looking into including the other optional zones and if we add these in these will be released as a free update.

This sucked because I chose the Ellevar route, it was alot more fun going threw trees instead of desert. Guess I will just start over and follow from beginning.

Exactly how long is asap because I would rather not start new characters just so I can use the guides since my expectations were that the guides would be there for all zones when I purchased it.

This is some BS... "ALL ZONES" is what is advertised. Literally all 5 of my toons are in the middle of zones that are not in this guide, and I find this out AFTER I waste $40. It is obvious that they didn't mention this since they knew it would mean less people purchasing this addon. I had a grudging respect for Zygor guides up until this very moment...

We have never said all zones were in the guides. We've always said 1-50 guides which is what you purchased. Can you please link to me exactly where it is that you say we advertised all zones?

As stated previously, we will be adding in those other zones so it will eventually cover them all but for now we advertised a 1-50 guide and we delivered a 1-50 guide.

Seeing as there are only 11 zones for each faction, not counting the capital, it would be really hard for them to include all 13 zones for EACH faction. Do you think maybe the "All 13 Major Zones Covered. We fully cover all thirteen of the major zones for both of the games main factions, Exiles and Dominion." might have meant combined? I was a bit dissappointed when I didn't see Celestion but it didn't break my heart.

Farside is considered by many to be 3 zones instead of one zone. Each biodome is a zone as well as the moon so that's where you'd get an extra two zones for 13.

I was going off of all the videos, emails, and posts that we put out leading up to our launch. I know these missing zones will be added as quickly as we can so all I can do is ask that you have a little patience with us while we get them finished.

I may be acting a little impatient, but I bought this product based on blatantly false advertising. That is bad enough but then you come along, log in in to this forum and speak on the company's behalf spreading more false information. I would think that you should make sure to have correct information before calling out a customer, saying they are wrong. Anyway, the product is working nicely and I am still happy with my purchase. That has not always been the case with for me with Zygor. I really hope they get in to gear and get this out now since they have advertised that they will have this addition, and don't.

The advertising says the guides cover 13 of the major zones required to get you from 1 to 50 in less than 4 days. Here are the Zones covered in the guides:

10) Wilderrun
11) Northern Wilds

The extra optional zones are not required to get to 50 and actually have a lot of conditions that need to be factored in to make sure they work for all classes and races. Our World of Warcraft guides are written the same way, leaving out certain zones for certain factions, but still offering a complete guide for reaching level cap and no one has ever complained so we had no reason to suspect it would be an issue with WildStar. We definitely plan to get them in though now that we know some users like yourself would prefer more options in this game.
