guide wont load [version 4.0.9577]

I have version 4.0.9577 on updater I ran repair but cant get wildstar to load on client it just seams to be stuck what am I doing wrong I bought both guides

4.0.9577? That's oddly old. Can you get a screenshot of the updater with that version number showing?

You should also be able to download a fresh copy of the client from the Members Area that should be the newer version with WildStar support.

You are looking at the WoW section of the client. Please click on the Wildstar section on the left side of the client to see that section.
