[RESOLVED] I cant get client to load at all

    [RESOLVED] I cant get client to load at all

    I click icon on desktop and it open black box but the upper right side that has version and patch notes, never loads. I have to close from task manager.

    Looking in logs it seems to be getting this message repeatedly.

    I am willing to give Wildstar another try because of your guide , I love it, help me!

    Try using the manual download as a workaround while we investigate this.

    WildStar Manual Install

    1. Download a "manual installation" ZIP file from http://www.zygorguides.com/members/

    2. Go to the WildStar addon directory

    C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar\ Addons

    3. Create a folder called Addons, if it doesn't exist.

    4. Extract the contents of the manually downloaded ZIP file into the Addons folder. A "ZygorGuidesViewer" folder should appear.

    5. Play the game

      It looks like the client is timing out while contacting the website. If we're having a lot of traffic due to the new guides it could cause this.

            The issue with the client might have just been so many people accessing the site, so if you get a chance to test the client again that would be helpful.
