Problem with Borean Tundra (70-72)

I have followed the guide exactly and all is green and when i get to step 70 talk to Arch Druid Lathorius it is greyed out, all fo the quests there are greed out and i can not progress. Please advise.

Okay, so I skipped ahead to step 78 and it tells you if you have animal blood on you to go soak in water. I did that and went back and now is yellow. 78 Should be posted with 70 also so there is no confusion.
