In the Mining and Smelting 1 - 500 Guide

It has you make 90 Copper Bars and the 90 Tin bars, then tells you to make 180 Bronze Bars. You can only make 90 with those, which is more than enough to get you to 90. Only had to make like 40.

Actually when you combine 1 Copper Bar and 1 Tin Bar that produces 2 Bronze Bars. So when you do the 90 combines it gives you 180 Bronze Bars. That's why that step says to make 180 Bronze Bars.
