Missing guide

Purchased the reputations guide. Updated Zygor. Guide does not appear in my list of purchased and installed guides. Have tried reinstalling Zygor completely several times and still this guide does not appear in my list of purchased guides. Any help on what I am doing wrong would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your Zygor client is logged into your JSB8806 account and you purchased the Reputations guides with your jeremypiven account. Would you like your two accounts merged together to avoid this confusion later on? If so you need to let me know which account username you want to keep.

You want to log out of the jeremypiven account here on the forums and switch over to the other one so it'll be the one that's logged into the Members Area and for posting. These accounts should now be merged for you. If you have any problems with getting logged into that account just shoot me an email at support@zygorguides.com.
