On step 52, you accept a quest "After the Fall" where on steps 53, 54, 55, and 56 you look "Orb of the (something) Star". If during this time you kill one of the scarabs that spawn here, your given a quest to kill 5 of each kind at the pillars. Amethyst, Sapphire, Emerald, and Turquoise.

I actually gained 72435 in a lvl 25 guild. Not sure if its something to put into the leveling guide or not. Heard you can even get the Loremaster achievement without it at 107/108 quest completed. Jut thought I'd share.
