Following the Icecrown guide, I get to step 58 to get Dahlia's Tears. I looted tee tear only to discover that the coords given, 43,51 are full of Horde Conscripts fighting the undead with the red dragon flight, causing the orcs to attack me and flag me for PvP. May want to change it to 50,52 for alliance characters.
