ESO guide not a happy gamer

I had an issue with the trial version as well. The guide would not recognize me and I received an error stating "who are you" or "what are you?". Cant recall exactly what it said. My ESO connection actually became very laggy after that and I had to delete the app. I will try to reinstall and do the repair tool later today.
