All quests for a zone?

Using the guides and like them so far. Looking forward to the improvements/completion. Also hope that ZOS opens up the API a little bit to allow for better addon development.

Simple question. Does the guide cover all quests for a zone in the best order or does it just do the most optimal quests and skip the ones with low gain versus time? Thanks.

From what I've seen the guide does take you on the most optimized quests, but also includes the quests that need to be done in order to allow other quests to be available later in the game. There are a lot of other quests that can be done outside of the guides, but the time/reward factor is not optimal for leveling quickly.
