This entire addon is broken for me

the arrow just spins around in circles, the quest thing doesn't update. Can anyone help?

I had this happen to me once when I left a specific zone (under the castle) for one of the first difficult NPC's to go repair (kept getting my butt whooped). The arrow was looking for me to be in that zone, and resolved the spin once I returned.
Not sure that helped. Just my experience with this so far.

Ok that works but now when it says "follow the path" when i go over the area i am suppose to it doesn't update where to go to next

What happens if you go to the spot on those steps and just stand there on top of where the arrow points?

I have this only happening once in a while when i reach the unpolished sections..

Usually opening map and manually back and forth a step fixes it for me after moving a bit on the spot

when i pass over it, it says 0 yd then like when i move it says something like 2 yd 0:02.

Try opening and closing the in game map.
