Is this an update to the Guides or not?

So, what's the answer?

The screen previous to the one I have already posted show this:

But, the Zygor Updater isn't reporting any new updates to the Guides.
And, except for whoever wrote that vague info in the Updater Log, the wording means nothing at all to anybody else who wants to know what is actually going to be installed into their systems.

It's an update. You can either get this update now or it will automatically be gotten later when you update for something else. It's just that simple. Your choice.
