I am currently standing in front of the inn at K3 facing east and noticed the steps out of order. (can save a couple seconds if reorganized)

1) talk to Jeer, turn in a quest and accept one
2) talk to smilin Slirk Brasknob, Make K3 your home
3) talk to Skizzle Slickside, Get K3 flight path
4) Talk to Gretchen Fizzlespark, get two quests
5) talk to Ricket, get two quests

A faster (less back tracking path) would be to have them in ths order

1) talk to Jeer, turn in a quest and accept one
2) talk to smilin Slirk Brasknob, Make K3 your home
3) Talk to Gretchen Fizzlespark, get two quests
4) talk to Ricket, get two quests
5) talk to Skizzle Slickside, Get K3 flight path

Minor, I know, but since the guides are for fastest leveling, every second counts!
