Inscription Guide Step 210 500-600 Bug

At step 210 of my inscription levelling guide, just before it says redirecting to 500-600 inscription (my current level is 505 and i have already learned Zen Master), my game completely freezes. I have to ctrl-alt-delete and close wow from task manager. I have recreated the issue multiple times and it freezes at the same spot repeatedly. My platform is Windows 7, I launch wow from the guide updater and have a remote authenticator. The character I am using the guide with is a level 82 blood Death Knight. Please let me know if this is a known issue and how to fix it.

This is not a known issue so we'll have to try some basic troubleshooting to see if we can resolve the problem. Try this:

Go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. Then go to your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder. After doing that then run the Updater and install a fresh copy of all the files and see if that makes any difference.

Thank you for the tip, unfortunately a complete re-installation has had no effect. when restarting the inscription guide, it stops at step 6, but in the window it is at the -> Redirecting to Inscription 500-600 and game is completely frozen again. I should also mention that I am running 64bit in case that matters (WOW-64). Standing in front of the Inscription trainer in Orgrimmar 55.3,55.9.

Not sure what's happening here. I was just in game to do testing and it's working perfectly fine for me with routing into the 500-600 section with a 505 skill. When you are in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for the version number? Have you tried disabling all other addons to see if it still hangs when the guides are the only thing active?

Disabled all other add ons except Zygor and recreated issue 3 times in a row - your current level is 505 - click here to proceed - 'click' - freeze at >redirecting to Inscription 500-600

Do you see any messages in the chat window?

No messages in the chat window - and it's definitely the inscription guide causing the freeze. I just loaded up the herbalism guide on the same character and ran it up to 525 with no issues, then switched back to inscription and client froze.

Since I can't reproduce this I'll have to see if one of the other guys can reproduce this when they're back in the office on Monday.
