Hello is there a guide for levels 30-50 cause all i see is 1-12 and 50-60 then 70-90 idk what too do and yes I did buy it

Try going into your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. This will reset the guides.

Ok i did that now where the Z was by the mini map is just a green box and my games frame rate dropped wtf?

That doesn't sound right.

When you're in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for the version number?

I dont even see the guide viewer any more but on the addon list it says zygor guides viewer 4 if that helps :/

It sounds to me like you might have an old copy of the guides in game and the Updater is installing to the wrong folder, so here's what you want to do. First run the Updater and if a small window opens with a 3 second timer on it click the Abort button on that window. Now click on the Settings button. The following settings are default installation folders for a Windows 64-bit system, if you have a Windows 32-bit system just remove the (x86) from these file paths. Set the top setting (use the button with 3 dots on it on the right side) to point to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns and set the 2nd setting (use the button with 3 dots on it on the right side) to point to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft Launcher.exe. Once you have those 2 set be sure to enter your Zygor website username/password into the proper boxes and then you can close the Settings window. This should get everything working properly. If you have any problems with getting this done please let me know.

still got green square and dont see the guide viewer frame rate still bad

Please send in an email to support@zygorguides.com requesting a remote session and I should be able to figure out what's going on and help get it fixed that way.
