Kirin Tor Offensive Rep

When I load Kirin Tor Offensive reputation guide, it jumps straight to step 78 which tells me that Lady Jaina Proudmoore is at 34,89 which is her starting location when you have Friendly standing.

I am currently Revered and she is standing at 63,72 on the Violet Rise.

I am running guide version 4.0.7929 and updater v 1.3.4841.26252. I have tried a repair with the same result.

Any ideas?
