Horde - Mining

There must be a bug in the Mining profession.

Step 33 - Mining 425-525

First it directs me to the Cleft of Shadow, then to the Blasted Lands.

When I am there the waypont indicates 3,9 miles (path 9), then when I come across a FM it says to fly to Dreadmaul Hold. When I fly there, then it says again 3,9 miles and when I fly the direction with my mount and come across a FM again it want me to fly back to Dreadmaul Hold.

This continues and continues...

Maybe they could look into this ?

When you are in game and open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left corner for the version number?

Ok, when you open the guide viewer options and you look on the Travel System page, what are your settings on there?

I think they (Zygor) is over thinking it. I wish it would just show mining node locations based on your level and profession level at the time. The guide suggested a node virtually impossible to reach for a lvl 20s toon and only one choice when I know there are several.

Could you be a little more specific with this? What was your skill level and what was it telling you for the next ore to mine?

I don't want to create new topic about horde mining... sorry about that.

My problem is that i cant see route for mining in lvling guide on mini map.. is it settings problem ?

Do you have another addon that messes with the minimap in any way?

I use sexymap for minimap.

It's highly possible that SexyMap is preventing the mining path from being drawn on the minimap. Try disabling SexyMap to see if the path starts to show on the minimap. If it shows up then you have to pick between the mining path on the minimap or SexyMap.
