Farming Routes

Any way to use the routes from leveling professions such as mining and herbalism as opposed to the farming routes?

The last step on herbalism for snow lily was good but the farming route is covered with kafa'kota bushes that make it hard since they show up on the mini map.

I also liked the second to last step which had me collecting silkweed however there is no farming route for silkweed.

Unfortunately, since I've already met the suggested herbalism level, I can't get the leveling guide to let me go back to those routes, it just skips through them.

You can hold the Ctrl + Alt keys while stepping thru the profession guide to get to those routes if you want to use them.
