Inscription guide needs work

I was in Dustwallow Marsh levelling herbalism and inscription and the guide kept wanting me to go see the Inscription trainer in Stormwind when there's one in Dustwallow Marsh at Theramore Isle next to Lady Jane Pridemore in the tower

Right now we send you to SW for your trainer for simplicity sake. We are looking at the possibility of making this a lot more dynamic in the future so this will probably be addressed with that.
