While doing http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5848, the guide wants me to stay in Darnassus. When I took the portal to Rut'heran Village, the guide keeps telling me to go back to the city (Step 4, Darnassus 55, 92).

Looks like it was the clam quest. The step comes immediately after the accept step but lacks a zone name for the coordinates.
