Travel System doesn't use Hearthstone hardly ever when ready

Hello,
I noticed that many times my hearthstone is ready and instead I am told to run a long ways often. I have it ready every 15 minutes so it should be a much more utilized option. I notice it uses the hearth option much less often then the "other" guide with no reason.
I have it set to use fastest possible travel no matter what and it is very frustrating the extra time it takes. I have just been using the hearthstone on my own to speed things up.

Since a few guide versions the problem with non English WoW clients has been fixed and the Hearthstone is now properly used on my German WoW client. I think the only thing that was necessary was to set the Hearthstone once after the fix has been applied to the guide.

Which language do you have your WoW client set and where is your Hearthstone set?
