Horde Cooking/Fishing Guide missing step

Step 20 "Learn Bristle Whisker Catfish"-guide never mentions to purchase this recipe, but after getting Fishing skill to 215 at Hillsbrad Lake, it instructs you to learn it with no idea how or where to get the recipe. I guess I can run around and try to find it as it is a low level one but what is the point of using these guides if steps are outdated/erroneus?

When was the last time these guides were actually looked at? I had trouble with the Skinning one-now this one. Sheesh they are the only 2 I've tried...

Alliance guide tells you to buy the recipe in Stormwind.

The combined Cooking and Fishing guide is rather new and it seems the Zygor team are currently more going through all the Alliance guides (according to the patch notes).
