For several factions, including the home cities, the guide recommends buying tabards and running dungeons to earn Reputation. That's fine, but it only works if you run dungeons that give experience. At level 90, this becomes impossible, and it seems appropriate to offer alternative methods for gaining reputation.

At level 90 the random MoP dungeons will give you the rep gains with the tabard. You have to run dungeons that would normally give experience. The only reason you don't get experience when running the MoP dungeons is because your XP bar is locked once you hit 90. Any dungeon that shows up in the LFG tool as green, yellow, orange, or red are dungeons that would normally give XP and can be used with the tabards to get that rep.
