Isle of Thunder dailies problems

Tells me to take the PVE option (nothing for pvp), then tells me to take quests that don't exists, so i have to skip them and end up taking only 5-6 quests instead of 15 that zygor tells me. Not getting the full reward. Information and locations aren't always accurate.

What quest givers and quests are available each day is variable. We can not know which ones are available each day, this is a limitation with the information available in the addon API. All we can do is the next best thing of showing you where all of the quest givers are and if one isn't there then you just go on to the next step. You should see at the bottom of those steps in a tip a line to click if the quest giver isn't available for that day.
