zen master licence

Hi ok got my windwalker monk to level 25 ,then put in glyph of zen flight and sparring doing it all by the book u see but it tells you to get a master's licence ,I tried stormwind no joy as says level 60 .So my question is why put zen flight glyph on a level 25 .Or am I missing where to buy the licence ? thanks any help appreciated

Right now the glyph suggestions are not displayed in a specific order. Just look at the 6 suggestions and pick the major and minor that seem to be best for you at that level. As long as you're using those 6 glyphs it doesn't matter which order you use them, the glyph suggestion will not have a problem with it.
