1st toon in Pandaria. After 287 steps, and 2 full levels, still no advance window. Now in 4 winds and 204+ (88.5), still no window.

Yes, I double checked. It is clicked with a check mark. I have never had this problem before (1-85) on numerous toons. It has just been on this (my first over 85).Comment
