where is shin whispercloud?

step 165 of kun-lai summit tells you to enter this building. the arrow points at 63.40, but there is no way that i can see how to get there, unless jumping off the mountain is a viable option. so where is shin?
edit: i did jump off the mountain and i did find shin. then i rode back to where i came from, where anduin wryinn is, 68.43. it is about half a mile, and not 100 yards. you have to go all the way back the way you came first.

With where you landed after taking the ride from Mishi (think it's Passage of the Ancients). After that you ran up the hill to the 'village' area. Run back down to that cave where Mishi dropped you off and go thru that to the other side.

the problem is that i already had leveled a toon to 90 a time ago. but hey, you easily forget those kind of things. that's why a guide is supposed to help out.
