Use my custom guides, I check for the skill level and direct to a trainer if necessary (if your skill is high enough to get to the next level), check for archaeology fragments and other materials needed for the profession quests.
Alliance guide starts in Stormwind, Horde guide in Orgrimmar.
After installing you find the Darkmoon Faire guides in Contributed / Events.
