Client not updating

I run windows 7 64bit and when i run the client to update all i see is a checksum check, then it says downloading update all in like 1 sec but it never actually downloads anything. i have let it run for 15 min and it just keep flashing the same thing on the screen.

ps i have run as administrator and put my virus program in game mode

Run your Windows Update tool and make sure you are completely updated for the .NET Framework.
