Is Vale of Eternal Blossom covered in any guide?

In what way? I am not sure there is a quest line existing for this area. I know various guides take you to NPCs that give quests for daily pre-quests etc.

All of the quests in Vale of Eternal Blossoms are in with the different MoP Dailies guides. There is no specific quest chain in there that is not tied to a faction and the dailies for that faction.
