When logging in with the talent advisor addon loaded, the following happens:

The Talent Advisor Addon has been removed. Please hit the Repair option on the Updater.

To be a bit more specific, the talent advisor is now part of the guide viewer addon and not a separate addon and therefore you should not have a ZygorTalentAdvisor folder directly in the WoW\Interface\Addons folder.
