MoP guide problem

I,ve been following the guide and now am stuck at step 120 Krasarang Wilds from Sunwalker Dezco i'm suppose to get the 3rd step of this questline called "Warn Stoneplow" right after i turn in "For Family" but its not giving it to me.

Did the guide miss a step somewhere?

I got exactly the same problem and followed the guide too ?

Ok i fixed the problem. It seems the guide tells you not to speak with an npc in the valley which is the one that activates this last step...don't know why it tells you to do this but in any case just go to the next step and head to the valley and speak with the next npc it tells you to in the next step.

Same problem. What Vally, what NPC? I talked to Loon Mai and nothing happens, Stuck here completly.

This should be updated for the Horde side. The Alliance should still be working correctly. Thanks for the info.
