The bug is pretty obvious. For the Back equip slot, it's telling me to get something that's inferior in every way to my current equip (Which I got as a drop from Alzzin the Wildshaper in Dire Maul - Warpwood Quarter).

Another bug, this time on Chest. Both items (The recommended Chest and Back) can be found in Blackfathom Deeps, so maybe that specific Dungeon has something to do with it.
