could a mod look at what guide for MoP i already upgraded ?

To find out what you have flagged for MoP first log into the Members area and go to the Manage Guides section. With each guide listing in there is a line labeled 'Your expansion'. If that line (under either Alliance or Horde side) says Mists of Pandaria then that guide is upgraded for MoP. If that line says Cataclysm then that guide is not upgraded for MoP and there should be an Upgrade button right below it. If that line says Trial then you don't own that guide yet and there will be a Buy button below it.
