Guide bugged?

Hey guys. I just recently started up w/ WoW again and I decided to use my Zygor guides. The problem is, I'm level 23 now, and I'm having trouble loading any type of guide. For example, I'll load up the Kalimdor 1-25 guide, it will say that it is activated, but the step won't change from "Talk to Kulg Goresplatter - Ask him to fly you to the Mor'Shan Ramparts". Once I fly to the ramparts, it shows the step as complete but I can't change guides/load any others. So I'm stuck. Any help? Thanks in advance!

You have the trial guides installed (they stop at level 20). To get rid of the trial guides and install the guides you purchased do the following:

1. Run the Updater (click on Abort if needed to prevent the auto-launching of WoW… if there is no Abort window hold the Shift key while launching the Updater)
2. Click Settings
3. Enter your Zygor website username and password into the proper boxes
4. Click OK
5. Click Repair
