    Lower City - clarification needed

    Step 76 Isfar turn in for "Can't Stay Away".

    Please clarify that Isfar is located just inside the Sethekk Halls instance. The waypoint has him near the fire outside. I was running around all over the place looking for this jerk.

    Maybe this is like that one Dalaran quest where the NPC was moved into the Violet Hold instance. I'll add this to the bug list.
