    Missing step: The Sha'tar

    Step 177 has you pick up the quest "Rightful Repossession".
    Step 178 has you turn it back in without directing you to complete the quest.

    A new step needs to be inserted to direct the user to Netherstorm 58.59, 65.17 to gather the required surveying equipment.

    I'll add this to the bug list. Looks like it has the accept step entered into the guide twice and then the immediate turn in of the quest.
